Join Metropolitan Methodist Hospital as we celebrate breast cancer survivors and remember those who have lost their battle with the disease at our Beat Breast Cancer Lighting Ceremony on October 22.   This inspiring event will include information on breast cancer awareness and prevention, pink lemonade, pink ribbon cookies, entertainment and words of encouragement from breast cancer survivors.  The finale will be the illumination of Metropolitan Methodist Hospital in beautiful pink lights.  The lighting will remain for one week in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Also, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts who attend with an adult will receive a cancer awareness participation patch.

Metropolitan Methodist Hospital offers the first and only hospital-based breast care center in South Texas certified by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC).

This event is free but registration is encouraged. To register please call the Methodist Healthcare Healthline at 210-575-0355. For more information, please visit us on Facebook at facebook.com/MethodistHealthCareSanAntonio.
