The Board of Directors of Raba Kistner, Inc. has announced that Dr. Gary W. Raba, D ENG, PE has accepted the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Board of Directors of Raba Kistner, Inc.

Dr. Raba previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board and has been President and CEO of Raba Kistner Infrastructure since 2005.

William L. Raba has accepted the position of Vice Chairman and retains his title as President of Raba Kistner, Inc. As President, Mr. Raba oversees Marketing, Business Development, Client Representative Programs and image for Raba Kistner, Inc. and its subsidiaries.

Other board changes include:

Bryan C. Helbert, CPA, has accepted a position as a member of the Board of Directors.  In addition, he has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer, and retains his position of Senior Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, Raba Kistner, Inc.

Steven E. Jones, CHMM, Senior Vice President and COO of Raba Kistner Environmental, Inc., has accepted a position as a member of the Board of Directors.

Dr. Carl F. Raba, Jr., P.E., has accepted the position of Chairman Emeritus, Raba Kistner, Inc.
