Clarence Kahlig II, Billy Vaughn Jr. and Lee Willis of the Kahlig Auto Group, a group
of ten South Texas automotive dealerships, are expanding their current lineup of new
car franchises. North Park Lexus of Dominion will open in March, 2014, on I-10 near The
Dominion. This new location is a companion dealership to North Park Lexus of San
Antonio, located on Lockhill-Selma at San Pedro. The goal of the additional location is
to increase service convenience to current Lexus customers and to expand Lexus sales
throughout the growing Hill Country community. The groundbreaking, set for
Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at 11 am, will unveil the very first resort style luxury
dealership in the region. When completed, the one-of-a-kind 72,000 square foot facility
will employ between 80 and 100 people and will offer exciting new amenities to current
and future Lexus owners.

Architects for the project are Michael McIntosh of McIntosh Architecture of Dallas,
Texas, a firm that exclusively designs automotive dealerships throughout the nation and
Mike Marsh, principle of Marsh & Associates, Inc., of Boerne, Texas, a firm that
specializes in golf club, resort, boutique hotel and spa designs worldwide.

David Christ, Lexus Southern Area General Manager, will be a guest speaker at the
unveiling.
