Security Service Federal Credit Union opens at the Plaza at Encino Commons

Security Services Federal Credit UnionSecurity Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) has opened a new 5,000-square-foot branch at 21102 North US Highway 281 at Evans Road in the Plaza at Encino Commons. The location marks the 25th location for the credit union in the San Antonio area and the 36th in Texas.

“The Plaza at Encino Commons is a vibrant hub of commerce and retail. We are delighted to add service to this rapidly expanding area of north central San Antonio,” says John Worthington, chief communication officer for SSFCU. “Our new facility and staff provide a great member experience that’s professional, efficient, convenient and friendly.”

SSFCU Lucia Williamson[1]The new branch, which is led by service center manager Lucia Williamson, features a wide variety of convenient services for members, including five teller windows; eight private, member service offices; one drive-up ATM; six drive-thru lanes and a coin counter. Mortgage and investment services are also available on an appointment basis. The service center lobby hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The drive-thru is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
