Carlos Torres, executive vice president and human resources director at Broadway Bank received the 2014 Multicultural Leadership Award during the Texas Diversity & Leadership Conference awards luncheon on Wednesday, April 30, at the Westin Riverwalk. The National Diversity Council seeks to uphold and promote the principles of diversity and leadership and to recognize those individuals who personify those principles.
Torres was promoted to human resources director following five years as senior vice president and human resources manager at Broadway Bank.
