TexStar National Bank has hired Pablo Melendez to serve as the bank’s Senior Vice President. In his new role he will also serve as Branch President of TexStar’s downtown branch located near Cattleman’s Square as a commercial and consumer lender.  With Pablo’s experience as an international private banker he is also able to assist business owners who trade across our borders.
