Raba Kistner Facilities, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Albert White, Senior Building Envelope Consultant, RRO, CDT, CEI, ICIT, RSMJ to their team. Mr. White is responsible for development and growth of Raba Kistner Facilities’ roofing consulting business, including forensic investigation and roof design services. His clients include property developers, public and private sector owners, institutional entities, consulting engineers, architectural firms, contractors, financial and insurance agencies.
Mr. White holds numerous registrations and certifications in the areas of roofing, waterproofing, and EIFS consulting. His experience has included investigation and evaluation of various types of roof systems, building envelope and wall systems, the design of new and replacement roofing systems, and waterproofing and wall systems. His past experience as a contractor/installer of roofing systems by various manufacturers and suppliers enables him to incorporate an independent approach in specifications and design.

The Board of Directors of Raba Kistner, Inc. announced that as of April 29, the company has acquired San Antonio-based Project Control of Texas (PCT), Inc. Project Control will become a division of Raba Kistner Facilities, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raba Kistner, Inc., but will maintain its name while still performing the program management services that have made Project Control a well respected name in the construction industry. The purchase includes all of PCT’s holdings, including PC Sports, LLC, Project Control Houston, LLC, and Project Control Entertainment, Inc.
Since its beginning in 1968, Raba Kistner has cultivated a strong presence and reputation in Texas, which has allowed the company to expand its multi-disciplinary services. In the last 10 years, the company has doubled its number of employees and almost doubled its billings. “We are on track to grow that much again by 2018,” said William Raba, President of Raba Kistner, Inc. “We saw acquiring Project Control as a prudent way to expand Raba Kistner’s existing capabilities in the Program Management field due to their excellent reputation and well-known, experienced staff. “

Winning this award comes shortly after Ian’s promotion to Area Project Manager in RKCI’s newest office in New Braunfels. Mr. Perez’s role will be to expand RABA KISTNER’s Geotechnical and Construction Materials practice areas in New Braunfels and the I-35 Corridor.
This promotion recognizes her movement to take on more responsibility for the firm and its subsidiaries, including marketing materials and ad design, vendor coordination, HTML and social media production and coordination. She has played a role in business development and maintains good communication with teaming partnerships of the firm.
The San Antonio Business Journal honored him because of his contributions to the educational field, including significant contributions to the Northside ISD, Texas A&M University, Texas A&M San Antonio, Southwest Research Institute, UT/San Antonio, and the San Antonio College System. The Journal also recognized him for his many years dealing with water and other environmental issues, working within his engineering organizations, but also while serving as a board member for both the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.
