NORTH SAN ANTONIO UPDATE
The Paid Sick Leave Ordinance, requiring employers to provide paid leave to employees and their families will not be implemented until December 1st.
OFFICE OF ATTORNEY GENERAL Letter from Attorney General, Ken Paxton CITY OF SAN ANTONIO PSL UPDATE "As a result of the court order, the ordinance will not be implemented on August 1st, 2019, and no further legal activity by the group of businesses challenging the PSL Ordinance will occur until either the City Council enacts changes to the existing PSL."

North SA Chamber urges Congress to approve the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA)
More than 12 million American jobs depend on trade with Canada and Mexico. Approval of USMCA ensures that U.S. businesses can continue to access both markets, virtually tariff-free. That is why the North Chamber, along with 600+ other business and agriculture organizations across the U.S., have signed a letter supporting USMCA.
