FOCUS: With many of San Antonio’s technology leaders involved actively in the Technology Council’s program planning and outreach, the group helps to promote the growth of this sector within our local community. Our goal is to help Chamber members embrace and understand the innovations available to them and assist Council members in developing strategic alliances to create new projects and processes within south Texas.

As a highly accredited IT executive, Bryan Guinn is leading the way for ENTRUST Technology Consulting Services. Having been in the IT industry for a majority of his life, Bryan has always been driven to be at the frontier of developments in this field.
From 2013 to 2016 he obtained the prestigious status of the Microsoft Community Connect Partner of the Year for the U.S. SMB Central Region and a nomination for the Microsoft Partner of the Year for the U.S. SMB Central Region and East Region.
In addition to his work, he also fulfills other responsibilities. He is an active Executive Board Member of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and the Technology Chair. He’s also an IT advisory chair for Kaplan College and a board member for Lead SA

Steve Young serves as Vice President of Information Technology at VIA, supporting core IT functions including network, data center, application development, business systems and more, in addition to customer-facing technology such as real-time bus information and mobile ticketing.
About the Program: This year Steve will serve as the Chair of the CIO Breakfast Series, a monthly event that brings together enterprise technology leaders from various industry sectors across the San Antonio area. Each month CIO’s come together to network, share ideas, and learn from the brightest technology minds in San Antonio. This year the CIO Breakfast Series is looking at a variety of important topics from IT staffing, future trends, to smart cities and the robotic workforce.
Personally Speaking: Steve has been attending and participating in the CIO Breakfasts for about ten years. “When the opportunity presented itself for me to serve as the series chair, I knew immediately that it was my turn to give back to the group and repay them for all the help and advice the members have given me over the past ten years,” says Steve.
