FOCUS: The mission of the Small Business Council is to serve the needs of the small business owner by providing a forum to address entrepreneurial issues. This Council provides networking, recognition programs, business showcase opportunities and topical speakers.
Stacy Pozza Larson
Stacy Pozza Larson serves as Senior Vice President in Corporate Banking at Frost Bank. She is an experienced professional with a successful career in banking for over 16 years with an emphasis on business development and portfolio management as a Relationship Manager. During her tenure at Frost, Stacy has been focused on providing a proactive, relationship based approach to her commercial clients. She works with key executives to identify solutions for day-to-day operations as well as their long-term goals, with an expertise in formulating and structuring loan solutions.
As a 7th Generation San Antonian, Stacy has a deep connection to the city. She is committed to serving the community through her involvement as Small Business Council Chair of the North San Antonio Chamber, as well as her role as Treasurer of local non-profit organization, Avance San Antonio. Stacy was also a member of Leadership San Antonio, Class 38.
Stacy and her husband, Mark Larson, a local leader in education through his role as CEO of KIPP San Antonio Public Schools, are proud to raise their three children, Haley, Elijah and Samuel. As a family, they love to travel, read, play and explore San Antonio.

About the Company: Generations was founded in 1940 and is one of the largest credit unions in San Antonio with more than 52,000 members, 15 locations, and approximately $600 million in assets. Ken serves as Chief Risk Officer for Generations Federal Credit Union, providing oversight of the credit union’s risk management function. Additionally, he manages the Commercial Services Division for the credit union.
About the Program: The Small Business Leaders Awards program recognizes the very best of our community’s business leaders. The program recognizes accomplishments in a variety of categories, including Business Achievement, Innovation, Community Service, and Employee Relations, among others.
Personally Speaking: Ken has been active with the North Chamber since arriving in San Antonio in 2001. He has previously served on the SBLA committee from 2006-2008, served as co-chair for last year’s event, and will be chairing the event this year. Ken is also a Leadership Lab graduate (2006 and will be joining the North Chamber Board this month. “The North Chamber has distinguished itself as a consistent and influential advocate for small business in San Antonio. I and Generations are thrilled to have the opportunity to further assist in this effort through the SBLA program,” says Ken.
