TexStar Bank Adds Katz and Carnes to Commercial Lending Team

JeffKatzWeb1TexStar National Bank has been expanding its SBA Loan department and has hired Jeff Katz as its Director of SBA Lending and Vice President of Commercial Lending.  Jeff has been active in the business community of San Antonio for 15 years and will help TexStar continue to serve local businesses through its SBA Preferred Lender status.
