March 27, 2020 | Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, provides $376B in relief for American workers and small businesses. See SBA’s Local Assistance Directory for help.

April 6, 2020 | Federal Reserve will establish a facility to facilitate lending to small businesses via SBA's Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) by providing term financing backed by PPP loans.

April 7, 2020 | Secretary Mnuchin spoke with Congressional leaders to secure an additional $250B for small businesses.

Enables small businesses who currently have a business relationship with an SBA Express Lender to access up to $25,000 quickly. 

The SBA is providing a financial reprieve to small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
U.S. DOL Paid Sick Leave Guidance | NFIB Fact Sheet
Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) | U.S. DOL released the first round of guidance and required posters for new paid leave mandates enacted by Congress in response to the coronavirus crisis. Effective from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
