Brad began his career with Dahill in 2000 in a sales capacity, quickly assuming several specialist and management positions. In 2005 Brad moved to Houston to spearhead Dahill's expansion into the fourth largest market in the country. Achieving nationwide recognition for exceptional results and growth, in August 2007 Brad was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales for Dahill and Interim President of Global's Dallas/Fort Worth operation. Brad assumed his current role as Dahill President/CEO January 1, 2009. In addition to Brad's work with the North Chamber, he is a mission mover with the MS Society, embraces many environmental causes and encourages community involvement throughout the organization.
Dahill is one of Texas's largest Technologies and Services Companies specializing in document management, managed print services and office solutions with eight locations throughout Texas. Dahill's offering is unique for its customers, the accountability, flexibility and leadership of a locally managed company and as a wholly owned subsidiary of The Xerox Corporation (XRX) the nationwide resources of a twenty billion dollar global leader.

About the Company: Founded in 1956, Security Service Federal Credit Union has 36 branches in San Antonio, South Texas and El Paso, as well as 14 in Colorado. Security Service has more than 700,000 members and assets of $5.3 billion. It is Texas' largest credit union and the ninth-largest credit union in the country. As Senior Commercial Loan Officer, Marilyn handles all aspects of commercial lending for the credit union.
About the Program: The Ambassadors committee is the front line service group that supports member businesses by attending grand opening, relocation, anniversary and other special celebrations. The Ambassadors committee offers a prime opportunity to position your business within the community while earning personal recognition and providing good will to member businesses.
Personally Speaking: Having served on the Ambassadors committee for five years, Marilyn was named the Ambassador of the Year in 2007 and 2008. She has also served on the Business Leaders Awards and Gala committees. She says, "The chamber offers tremendous networking opportunities and direct benefits from being actively involved. This is where I have chosen to focus the majority of my business-related volunteer hours on an ongoing basis."

About the Program: The State of the County Address was designed to provide members "the Bexar facts" regarding County priorities directly from the County Judge and Commissioners. During the inaugural program two U.S. Congressmen, Charlie Gonzalez and Lamar Smith, joined Judge Nelson Wolff for discussion in lieu of the Commissions, and so a revised program format may be seen in 2007. One element that will be preserved is the provision of 100 complimentary seats to North Chamber small business members — originally sponsored by Realco.

Membership Council
FOCUS: The Membership Council focuses on increasing and maintaining North Chamber membership through new member sales and existing membership retention. This Council's foremost goal is ensuring member satisfaction and orienting members with the chamber's organizational structure and participation opportunities to encourage involvement and a return on their membership investment.
INTERACT with North Chamber members as one of the chamber's Ambassadors supporting and bringing good will to members at Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting celebrations throughout the year. Program Chair: Marilyn Hartmann
NETWORK with more than 1,000 attendees and enjoy seated dinner, award presentation and dance with live music at the annual Gala, the chamber's official installation of the board of directors.
