Larry Anthis is Vice President, Commercial Lending, Frost National Bank and Market Leader for the newly created Frost-Schertz Financial Center. Larry began his career in banking in 1987 at Texas American Bank of Dallas. After serving 5 years in various capacities at TAB and United Commerce Bank in Highland Village he followed his passions into full-time ministry.
For 15 years, Larry and his wife Shelly planted and led churches across the country. Planting churches in El Paso and Amarillo, they also led churches in Dallas, New Orleans, San Antonio, Los Angeles and College Station.
A native San Antonian, Larry returned to banking at Frost and the city he loves to be close to family with his wife and two sons. Larry holds and BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University. He currently serves on the board of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, Lead SA, Boysville, Inc. and is an Optimist and member of the Mission Point Christian Church.

About the Programs: BLC groups provide business owners, general managers, principals or general partners a forum to discuss business issues and concerns on a number of group topics including General Business, Marketing, Retail, Sales and Sole Proprietorship. Admission into BLC groups is ongoing and an application is required for admission.
Personally Speaking: Vince has been a BLC facilitator for a few years. He says what started as an outlet to give back to other business leaders what he had learned in his business career, Vince received much in return - "ideas, inspiration and friendship. This has definitely been one of the most rewarding chamber programs I have ever joined."

About the Program: The CFO Forum is an outstanding learning series that caters to CFOs. The program focuses on offering speakers that provide CFOs with information they can use in their day-to-day responsibilities.

The firm’s San Antonio office provides professional services including Global Building (vertical building), Water Infrastructure Programs (public works projects, environmental services), Transportation Programs (highways, airports, railways), Site Civil (commercial, mixed-use, residential), Urban Design & Planning (master planning, landscape, urban planning), Construction Management and Inspection and Survey.
About the Program: The golf tourney is a great way for members to network and entertain clients or prospects. The event offers participants a day on the greens, prizes, awards dinner, a silent auction and much more. The infrastructure committee reviews transportation and infrastructure planning, construction and maintenance issues, as well as the political and financial issues relating to these improvements. A guest speaker presents on a related topic followed by a report by each public agency present.
Personally Speaking: Jim has been an active North Chamber volunteer for over five years and has severed on the board for three years. Jim says, "The North Chamber is a great venue for business networking and establishing meaningful and long lasting personal business relationships."
